After a seemingly endless time where holding my real camera has been incredibly painful, I am finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel – and it isn’t a train!
I have been suffering from a wonderful combination of tennis elbow and tendonitis which has made even hold my camera incredibly painful. Even dropping the grip and shooting nothing by 50mm didn’t help much
My big breakthrough came after finding the Tyler exercises coupled with generally limiting what I ask my arm to do.
Now I can actually hold the camera without pain, even with the grip installed, although using any of the big lenses still needs two hands.
This is just as well as my airshow season is about to start and I need to be fit for duty with that.
